It's definitely him at the mall, but the fact that he had to do a DNA test to find out who the other baby was like 1-2 episodes earlier is a little fishy. It was never said that there was contact between Hester and Pete and he didn't even mention it in his explanation to Grace.

It's lazy writing imo. It's easy to connect the dots, but I just don't really see it.

I also think there was a symbolic death in Episode 13.

A death to both the typical structure of bitchy, exclusive, mean, heartless & pretentious sororities. With that, Chanel Oberlin died, #3 died, & #5 died and became the people they truly were supposed to be.

Along with that, the Red Devil was killed because "order" was restored and Hester was able to be Hester Ulrich and see life outside of a revenge scheme.

His ass just finished resting after an hour long session of bottoming for Cheyenne Jackson, then asked Lea what she wanted to have happen to her character to he wrote it in, and said, "You know what, she can also be the killer. But no, the killer won't die, because I can't kill Lea.", and then wrote 43 minutes of boring garbage that sums up with "The crazy one did it and everyone lives" and gave everyone a send-off that works in a 90 minute B-horror-comedy movie (but not in a 13-episode TV series) because he knew there was no way it was being renewed for a second season.

This show started as another anthology series and it was certain from the start that the show was gonna have 13/15 episodes, Ryan is not stupid he did not expect or probably want a 22 episode series order for an anthology series.

After the failure of the whole Tuesday line up (The Grinder's ratings were even worse but that got a full series order) thinking FOX didn't order a "full season" is just so stupid. Sorry but stop with this nonsense

Also I thought the finale was somewhat good, one of the killers got away with murders, and didn't receive a punishment which is a rare thing for a horror movie/series. It would've been better if Ryan did what he promised and only let 4-5 people survive from the main cast and not end the show with a cliffhanger. You don't end an anthology/mini/limited series with a cliffhanger, that's just cruel.

2 episodes prior Pete was taking DNA samples to figure out who the other twin was and then all of a sudden she exposed herself by calling him up and telling him to go kill people. She then waited in his closet for him to get close to mentioning her name to kill him.
