I think another possibility is that Hester is the other RD.......the RD that appeared in the mall was Pete, maybe because Dean Munsch told him to go and scare the girls so they'd come back. And he shot and killed that security guard....that's why he called himself a murderer.

OR it's Chad that he killed in self defense.

imho, watching AHS has shown me that Ryan leaves plot holes and sometimes ends up making convoluted conclusions to stories. Considering how ridiculous Scream Queens is, I'm expecting the convulsion to be in full form for this finale.
