Okay this is what I've noticed pattern wise:
Before R3 unlocked, the day before the Key Holder placed a GIF of the second room with "THE INNOCENT MUST SHED HER SKIN."
The next day, they replied to a handful of fans telling them patience, to keep their eyes peeled, it will come when they least expect it... etc.
We got the picture of the boxes as a slight hint and then....
8 PM EST hit and R3 finally unlocked.

Currently the keyholder has placed a GIF again of R3 with the caption "From this world to the next. I will shape her into her true form." which was posted yesterday
Today, they replied to a handful of fans again saying patience is the key, to keep your eyes peeled, it will come when you least expect it.
Earlier in the night they cleared the hotline mailbox, it was inaccessible for days now because the mailbox was full and no one could hear the message. They added a longer clip to the hotline.
Well you can put two and two together, I think R4 is coming tonight. I'd be damned if it doesn't.

I'd say R4 is opening tomorrow night because updating the mailbox doesn't feel like a hint to me. I hope I'm wrong though
