Agreed. I've been saying from the outset that it wasn't going to happen. I don't know why people got their hopes so high. She doesn't have sales, celebrity, or rockist cred, and at least one is needed to score nominations in most categories, no matter how good the music is.
At least at the end of the day she has acclaim from the only place that really matters: The Singles Jukebox.
