I also think S5A was the show's peak, as well as the first season, but the second half dragged it down.
Alexandria should work on paper because it's such an interesting experiment for the show but their tendency to get lost in old formulas is too strong, sadly.
I thought the way they took multiple episodes in the first half of S6 to cover a very small timeframe was a very refreshing way to tell the story for show.
But it is predictable in the sense that it always ends up with them
finding a "sanctuary" and losing it.

Morgan is the WORST!
It was but it ended up being boring because it just took too long.
Yes, exactly! Alexandria was a different kind of sanctuary for the first time. One that could have actually worked out but they keep excusing Rick's mistakes and praise him, they keep making the same mistakes and then also ask us to get invested into a whole bunch of characters we know/knew are basically just walker fodder.

Don't get me started on that Glenn thing. That was one of the most stupid and tackiest things I have ever seen on a TV show.Such a desperate way to create faux-drama.
Lmao, the penultimate was literally one of their best episode's in YEARS. The whole kitsch thing actually worked.
It was good but it was also very frustrating Mary didn't learn anything about her awful personality, her marriage was rushed and the Thomas storyline was also rushed/non-eventful.
I love the show but they need to make a better job in the finale.

25 is enormous in the UK. They strangely don't care about her singles much. Rolling in the Deep didn't go #1 there and Set Fire to the Rain missed the top 10 (both went #1 in the States).
It's really weird how no album track from 25 seems to be taking off on its own anywhere.
Just goes to show that it sucks when even someone who can have multiple 7-digit selling weeks can't bother to offer something other than hype and numbers. Even Celine's MOTR ******** >>>>>>>>> 25

that might work out though.
They can push singles the traditional way.
The problem with purpose is that love yourself is exploding while sorry is in it's early stages of slayage.
Hopefully sorry overtakes hello in 2-3 weeks but how can they incorporate love yourself in the single line up now...wait until sorry runs it's course or move on from sorry early.
They can choose 25 singles based on their strategy and not based on downloads.
