The fact that Britney sits calmly on her ass in Vegas making millions, currently being a threat literally to NO ONE yet she constantly stays on people's minds considering the amount of threads being made about her DAILY that try to undermine her achievements from years ago.
She released like seven ballads in her whole career and didin't promote any of them.
When she released her biggest ballad, Everytime, she was stil blacklisted by most of American airplay. But nice try, as always.

so all her other ballads (with radio support) were DOA and you think a radio blacklist is the reason Everytime flopped? it just doesn't follow, sorry.
'm not here for strong voices on ballads because I feel like ballads sound better with "weak" voices and are also supposed to sound vulnerable and IMO a strong voice doesn't sound vulnerable.
These 5 were WW top 10 hits. In fact, BTMYH wasn't released in the US yet reached #1 on the WW chart. Britney's singles weren't successful in the US before 2007 but she was still smashing WW.

Why weren't any of Lady Gaga's smash hit ballads mentioned in this thread able to go top 10 in the UK, where two of Britney's ballads went not only top 10, but #1?
