I uploaded the cds I purchased for albums 1-6 and her GHMP onto my music library. So I wouldn't need to re purchase or stream songs that I already have...

i'm sure I'm not alone. Unless we believe the likes of madonna getting a few million streams means that ONLY a few million people have listened to her songs on a monthly basis.

Unfortunately, it doesn't change the fact her catalog album sales and Spotify plays are horrid. So yes, no one cares about her albums in 2015.
