As a visual of what's to come: each round of voting will be based off a theme. This is group voting to see where everyone is at. After this is done, I'll post something else that requires another completely separate vote. Then all votes are weighted and counted. So you can basically bomb one round and it's not over.

There will also be some surprises as we go. December is my month
