I don't think Bobby's role as her manager is to "tell her no" or "reign her in when she goes rogue". I think their relationship more symbiotic and collaborative than Bobby being the dominant one and Gaga the submissive. I think his job is to come up with ideas that will help her express herself creatively so she doesn't break down. Like he mentioned, if Gaga isn't feeling creative or whatever every single day, he's not doing his job.

What's exciting is that, like he said, Bobby is very in tune with what people want and don't want from her. I think he has a lot of good ideas and has a lot up his sleeve for LG5. I don't think we have anything to worry about.

Well, I don't know if it was his idea but I'm sure he played a part in it. I'm not sure how those things work, if the Oscars approached her or if her team pitched the idea to them. Either way, he stepped in when it was time and sealed the contract.

I sense an administrative position in a major label in Gaga's future alongside her musical career. I know she's spoken about wanting to have a label for young and new artists, and I feel like she's the kind of woman who could fight for a job opening at Interscope/UMG with the "you know the theory, but I do this work every day" argument. I don't know. I just have this feeling.
