If this gets cancelled I still hope Fox releases a Blu-Ray of the first season with the two other alternate endings as a special feature. It would slay.

Yeah, that would be great and all, but realistically, it won't (and shouldn't IMO) happen. Having the Chanels and Denise survive only would be an utter cop-out. You need diversity in the group of survivors, so I think that the survivors will be: Grace, Zayday, Chanel #1, and Hester, unless one of them is the killer.
Besides, that huge plot-hole would render Grace as not the killer, unless there's an unknown fourth killer.

Not really. It would be shockingly unexpected since everyone EXPECTS one of them to die. The mean girls never win & end up all together in the end, so that happening here (with the addition of Denise, and possibly Zayday like the IMDb theory said) would be iconic.
And GRACE IS THE KILLER. There is no argument. Everyone else has an alibi or excuse for not being there.

My theory:
Dorkus: Starts with Pete telling Grace who he killed. He then puts on the costume and Grace attacks and kills him. People die throughout the episode and it ends with the shot of Zayday pulling off the mask revealing Grace. Cut to black.
The Final Girl(s): Opens up with everyone reacting to Grace being revealed, she reveals her motive with flashbacks placed in-between and there's a final fight. The survivors are the Chanel's, Zayday, and Denise. The season ends with the girls in court and the judge tells them they have to volunteer at a summer camp.

Yeah! The chainsaw episode is so weird. I doubt it's a plothole.
Also I rewatched the episode where Gigi gets killed. Notice how the Red Devil like lifts his head in surprise when Gigi exposes their plan and she's like "You're just not gonna talk?" And the RD just shakes it's head.
I think this RD isn't the actual killer and is Pete instead (in that scene)... especially cause he randomly shows up super late to the house WITH A BAG along with the box having the paternity info. I'm thinking the whole Boone/Pete thing goes this far:
Boone was obsessed with Zayday. I feel like in exchange for telling him where Zayday is & info on how to woo her (Oakland Nachos, Climbing a ladder with flowers, Zayday being superstitious so "ghost sex" etc.), Boone gave him info about the plan. I'm sure when Boone died, Pete was suspicious, used his costume, and went to the "dinner" with Gigi where he killed her.
As for #5... I think she's smarter than we think she is. I'm almost confident she has a partnership Dean Munsch. I feel like as of right now, we see her as this bitter bitch who's jealous of Chanel, when in reality I think she's the saint of them all. It's too fishy for her the Dean to realize all of Chanel's plans. We know already the Dean isn't stupid and she's wittier than to believe those bitches.

With that said, I think "Dorkus" is gonna be about the girls going over to Melanie Dorkus's house or her going back to Kappa house being super bruised and disfigured, telling her about what she remembers. Potentially a cute moment between her and Chanel because she's a reformed person or something.

I also think
Grace is the Red Devil
but in Black Friday, I found it weird how as the Chanels were leaving
Hester
went back a little and like - checked something. It felt to me like she knew the Red Devil was coming or idk. I don't want ha to be the killer but that was suspicious, or maybe I just didn't get why she did it.

I just re-watched the first episode and noticed something. I don't know if someone had brought it up yet, but Gigi is the one that tells Dean Munch to open the sorority's gates to everyone who wanted. So, Gigi made sure her accomplice would DEFINITELY get in. It was planned all along for one of the killers to join the sorority to be close with the girls and be able to kill them one by one. So, Gigi made sure she wold get in.
And who was pledging at the time? Grace, Zayday and Hester(who are still alive).
Hester is obviously not the killer, as she was also attacked in the mall.
Zayday is obviously not the killer, as she was kidnapped by Boone.
That only leaves Grace.

Watching the pilot again, it pretty much confirms the killer theory.
1st day at campus.
Grace convinces Zayday to join Kappa.
Cut to Grace looking at Kappa outside during pledge night.
Grace turns around and sees RD staring at her and walks towards him and she loses him behind the tree.
[Insert thanksgiving revelation of Wes seeing her talking to RD and flashback of her wearing that same outfit indicating she found him before...]
It cuts to Grace now inside Kappa on rush night.

What's weird though is the fact that she hadn't met Pete until after that scene of her looking outside the Kappa house in the first episode. In the Thanksgiving episode, her and Pete both said how it was him in the costume because they were bringing awareness to what the killer looked like....but if I'm not mistaken, I don't think any killings had happened yet at that point?
Wait, just thinking of that really makes me think it's Grace more than I already did. Why else was she outside the Kappa house that night? She saw the Red Devil and instantly approached him.....it was probably Boone and she knew it.
But if she's the other Red Devil, I guess the other bathtub baby isn't a RD/killer?

I love this show so much, the fact that it's got a really interesting plot/mystery question that went through the whole season, that's worth speculating, but it's still a full on comedy. 
I really hope there's another season!
