I don't know why people are upset. I feel like I have to explain this every year, but Woman of the Year and Billboard Female Artist of the Year are two different things. Woman of the Year tends to represent non-chart based achievements, although a lot of it is rather arbitrary.

Just clicked on the YouTube video for kicks, not really expecting anything. It turned out that was actually a pretty good song (and performance). I've only heard three Sia songs, "Titanium," "Chandelier," and now "Bird Set Free." Sia is kind of like an interesting, talented version of Adele. Does she always sound that good live or was that a fluke?
