actually Billy B or Britney herself was responsible for the makeup during that time.

Glenn only did her hair since that is his specialty and what he should stick to. Seems like makeup is something he just does on the side but Britney her team is cheap so they thought they could kill 2 birds w/ one stone and started to recently hire him to do both + Britney seems to like him.
