Tons of European DDs didn't get anything, people waited forever, it crashed constantly, and apparently there was also a data protection breach? People went to type in their info and found other people's (including credit card numbers) already in the boxes.

I can only hope that her labels realize how much they messed up here and do all US sales (presale and general) through Ticketmaster like every other massive tour ever. It's the only site that can handle this kind of traffic...

If they're really printing names on tickets and requiring matching ID "to assist in the prevention of resale", it really hurts the fans more than anybody else. The fans wouldn't be out selling their souls for resale tickets if the system wasn't so ****ed up, but if they do choose to do so, you shouldn't then punish them even more by not letting them in because they're not a match. Like, what happens when the scammers don't show up with the tickets they've purchased because they couldn't give less ****s about Adele, and the fans that got fooled into buying tickets from them have different names? Is Adele just going to perform a sold-out tour of empty arenas??? Lord

I was going to ask why aren't the tickets being sold via Ticketmaster. That's like the safest and easiest way to get tickets. I hope they rectify the situation.

Adele is gonna be interviewed this Sunday on our biggest Talk Show "Che tempo che fa".It has a large audience and it's an extremely funny and tasteful program,no silly questions,the host is a smart guy.
Remember when Madonna earlier this year snubbed the flowers they gave her for Women's day?That's the show.

really? at my future adele ticket reselling business, poor me. They have the right idea and what they doing is good thing, because more fan will be able to see her without having to sales a kidney, but the way they are implementing it is a disaster. i hope they get it right, cause her trying to protectecting her fan from corrupt resellers is great thing not a bad thing.If resellers know what she doing less and less of them snatching ticket from real fan, i totally disagree with you about that, but i agree with you with how they trying to do it.

She is a mess i pray she get her act right by the time U.S. dates.
