Gaga's last top 3 hit -> 4m+
Britney's last top 3 hit (a feature) -> is not even close to 4m and have very poor catalog sales.

But did I claim Gaga had any to begin with? Anyway, Gaga has many 4x million sellers, and the OP mentioned many female artists that had some as well. It's just strange Britney doesn't have any.

She peaked in 1999, whereas the 1s mentioned in the op were big around 1999, and are still big today.

Then why have they all sold less singles than her despite Beyonce? 
Why is Lady Gaga, the biggest artist of all-time, only 15M singles ahead of Britney?
Why is Britney top 10 for single sales and album sales and touring gross and streaming for females if she faded so quickly?

in anyregards looking at those singles sales it looks as though Britney could be at 150M singles if she had more presence in digital but she is doing fine with her 110M number though

LOL. Gaga released 14 singles unlike Britney's 392340934 singles and she still sold more, not fair to compare but I guess you could try if you want.
Britney's touring receipts are very poor and her album sales were benefited from a healthy market, so let's stay on topic and discuss digital power

She peaked before the digital age, it's to be expected that her digital sales wouldn't be enormous. The fact she's getting top 3 hits 15 years into her career is still impressive though, not every lady can achieve that

Are you saying Legend X didn't peak before the digital age? In which case, you're saying Britney was outlasted by Legend X. Because Legend X has a 4m seller.
