Your profile is actually the place where you go to update your overall forum avi now (or at least at the moment.) You can also add a profile cover. Posts have changed to Content (not sure if final.)
WPs (100% sure this is only shown to you, not others) are on your front page rather than in another section. Friends have changed to followers (again, not sure if final.)
Updates serving Facebook teas. Broadcasts when you follow someone/someone follows you, when you post, comments on your wall, etc.
