The thing is, you can really only ask them if they're "clean" (apparently it is not appropiate to use "clean" when describing negative people). Sure, their profile says when they've last been tested and they're on PrEP, but that's all you really got. Unless you actually ask for the receipts, there's no way of telling.

The rule is if you are a man and had sex with a man within a year you cannot donate blood. AND WOMEN cannot donate blood if they had sex with a man who has had sex with another man within 6 months I believe
