nicholas sparks is so shameless about how trash his movies are. literally all of them are "boring white people fall in love in the cheesiest most heartwarming way possible" and he doesn't even care. he just recycles the same ideas over and over again and he doesn't care
when you have a formula that makes you rich why ditch it
his only good movie adaptation. there was a preview for one of his upcoming movies before the movie I watched tonight and it was basically just white people - puppies - random old people - women goes into coma. I bet there's going to be another nicholas sparks movie exactly like that 5 years from now
