I kind of love that they don't focus on the departures. If they start focusing on that and give it an actual explanation the show will SUCK because I'm 100% sure that whatever they come up with it will be corny & it just won't work.

I love the current premise they are setting out right now, as how people take advantage of the departure, how they make their own explanations to cope with it and all that kind of stuff.

You should watch too! The story is developing flawlessly & also with A+ acting. The best of both worlds.

The point is that she already had an established fanbase from the BTD. The declining sales indicate that they're losing interest despite having better material to listen to. Something isn't quite translating.

I forgot Flo and Meghan but those others not for long. Lana will outsell all of them when it's all said and done. Lana only had 3 months of 2015 while those albums were released way earlier.

ya true. like, unless they made s2 ALL about the departures it wouldnt work, like they could never fully explain it now with the direction they took it

i love the current premise too, and all the little side stories that they seem to be bringing together now

No because she stopped promoting and made her sound less commercial.

Compared to say lady fad who didn't stop promoting and was making the same top 40 dance music but still declined... On top of that, the acclaim went downhill along with the sales.

Now that's something not translating.

I watched those EP last year. I remember the wife. The son running away and meeting some weird guy at a gas station and some things with those dogs.
