I was thinking about the keys thing again.. I don't know if someone said this before but maybe all we can do is help to unlock something..
Maybe those people just got the key at the Samsung event and didn't know anything about it.. And as soon Samsung posts a picture of their key the owner has to find the meaning behind the code and all we can do is to help decipher it so that the owner can message the solution to samsung and the next room opens..

That would explain tweets, from people who have a key, like these at least:

Well in that theory Samsung has to post a picture of the key first.. So they have control over the period of time between each room.. But how long it takes to open it would be up to us then
