Because most who praise it are mindless Marvel fanboys, but you're right. DD was a 6/10. JJ 8/10.
That and Marvel really degraded after Disney took over.
And at fans and paid critics praising "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and "Agent Carter"
and "Daredevil" when those shows are all boring and all-around lackluster.
