The only thing good about Outrageous is the concert performance and her sass. I'm glad she didn't go the route of urban pop by following the trend.
I still preferred the hookup and boom boom which was going to be the summer 4th single but R. kelly kept complaining and rightfully so as he was promised it to be a single.

I always see Britney stans say this but R. Kelly was asked to write for Britney's album and he created "Outrageous." He didn't pay to work with Britney.
"Outrageous" would've been a big hit for Britney if she didn't break her leg on the video set.
