wow. Jennifer Lawrence is living proof that you can be a talentless actress, but if you're young and have a manufactured "likable," "cool girl" personality, the world is your oyster. Talented female directors can't get a film off the ground, but Jennifer Lawrence gets to direct her first film because, why? Because she's so "relatable" since she keeps falling down on red carpets? The general public are so f***ing stupid, I swear, man. Never ceases to amaze me.
The only silver lining in this is that she's being overexposed, which means there's a 98% chance that the slow-thinking, but predictable general public will do what they always do to someone when they're overexposed: turn on them. It has already started, look at the comment section beneath the article. They're calling her "a joke" and "another Kim Kardashian."
