No...most people love her for nostalgic reasons. She does represent a time in a lot of people's childhoods. Just like her 80s predecessors...Tiffany & Debbie Gibson. Many of her peers have good will towards her because it's always been said how sweet & a southern Belle Britney is. No one respects her as an artist.
Let me just bump these two examples for everyone who refuse to acknowledge it.

I never see any of these people praising Britney's craft. With Beyonce, the industry will go on and on about how she's a phenomenal performer, with Adele it's her voice, with Taylor it's her songwriting, and so on.
The respect Britney is given starts with "she's a sweet girl" and ends with "i like some of her songs"

Britney fans can keep posting those old videos from the early 00s where people are saying she is cute, nice and has a few good songs. That is not gonna change the fact that she isn't RESPECTED.

If she was ACTUALLY respected, she'd have acclaim left & right, she'd have more than 5 Grammy Nominations throughout her career, and etc. The Grammy panel is comprised of industry heads and a panel of the people who run the music industry and they haven't nominated Britney for an award since 2010, and she hasn't even been considered for a major award since her debut as Best New Artist.

It's funny how when it comes to Britney nothing is enough. We literally have legends like Shania Twain, Celine Dion, Madonna praising her TALENT, yet everyone ignores it and keeps on saying the same old "she has less than 6 GRAMMY noms"
