I has a theory.

The Red Devil wouldn't talk to Gigi.
So maybe the Red Devil wasn't who Gigi thought it was? The reason they couldn't talk is because it would give it away.
It explains why they killed Gigi, which was rather random considering how much she did for them, like raising them.
This also solves why they killed Boone to protect Gigi, but then just killer her anyway - they were different people.
Or maybe the one who killed Boone was a different person, and the sister killed Gigi to avenge Boone.

Whatever the case, that Red Devil was definitely Hester, she literally quoted Gigi later on.

Literally if there's not a fourth killer, the only possible remaining suspect is Pete. The Chanels are innocent because of next week. Cathy/Wes/Denise are too old to be the "sister". Boone hit on Zayday, so unless he's incestuous... Grace and Gigi's scene with all the hostility and guessing would've made no sense if they were in cahoots (#CAHOOTS). That leaves Chad and Pete. However, when Chad was attacked, there were two red devils and they definitely weren't Gigi since she doesn't even have a costume. Ryan's definitely got some plot twist in here somewhere, but if he's too lazy, there is literally no way it can't be Pete.
