True it's because R kelly was on jive and paid to produce and write a song for Britney...they wanted to recoup.

Simple as that.

The only thing good about Outrageous is the concert performance and her sass. I'm glad she didn't go the route of urban pop by following the trend.

I still preferred the hookup and boom boom which was going to be the summer 4th single but R. kelly kept complaining and rightfully so as he was promised it to be a single.

Outrageous is good but it's not one of the best on ITZ. It's a fun bop though and the video was obviously going to be fantastic
