It's because Adele appeals to multiple fan bases...her music doesn't fit one specific genre, therefore is acceptable to most all genres.

Now I will say 25 is not as good as 21...on 21 she had something to say. There are few personal songs on 25 like Hello, WWWY, and Million Years Ago. Others seem like they are on there to take up space...filler if you will.

Not really, I like Christmas Tree for the kii factor in that it's obviously not meant to be taken too seriously. I like Rated X-Mas for the same reason. I hardly consider them Christmas songs though, they're more like a parody.

But there are some judges who like sexy Christmas songs so it'll be interesting to see what route is more successful.
