I was commenting on Water Under the Bridge; I don't think 49k is a "smash" after a televised promo performance.

If it was Taylor you would say it was a certified smash and post about it non stop.

I agree, but the label might not have a choice if it continues. It's so much like DH, in that sense. Atleast WWWY is a very strong single, but SML "could" slowly creep up on the charts behind it, never being released.

But it is only a few days old, so we will see what it's doing two weeks from now and make further judgements.

All I ask is that WWWY be there for me when I'm walking around in the winter and wanting something to distract myself from feeling like my nose is about to fall off, and that SML be there while I'm doing really cool and really interesting things in the summer sun.

Yes I deff see it being potential threat to the next 2 singles...its been doing really good on itunes without being performed on any tv special or w/e (thus far). Hope its just because ppl were pleasantly surprised by a more "upbeat" track and that the effect will wear off in time :S lol

but yes I agree about WWWY being an amazing winter distraction but Send My Virginity needs to go away tbh. It's better off as a strong album track/fan fav then it being an actual single :S
