I think it's moreso that the label wants to secure a brand.
I've said it forever 3 not 1 not 2 but 3 solid eras solidify an iconic legacy then she can make a departure.
19 21 and 25 show minimal but noticeable growth and shifts. I miss you brings a sexy element and some other songs bring a more pop friendly element.
Her next era maybe 27 or 29 can be about love, happiness etc. with her son and boyfriend/husband whatever.
that's when a bigger shift is needed as people grow tired. She really has 25 as her last time to get away with this so milk it and then take a departure.
