They've been handing out so many 4s lately. It's like that rating has no meaning anymore when artists like Selena and One Direction receive it. Don't get me wrong, I love Made in the A.M., but a 4? Please... Even Muse's album didn't deserve something that high.
Tbh, no, I think it's a bit repetitive and lame. Still good, though, and I'm definitely excited for the full album, especially the Tove Lo collab! It'll be interesting to see what they put together with StarGate. I'm just worried that it'll be like a Mylo Xyloto part II. And it's not that I hate Mylo; I actually love it and think it's extremely underrated by the fanbase. I just hope that A Head Full of Dreams can be as good as Mylo, since they seem to be doing the same thing again (at least in terms of sound). With nearly all of their albums, they've evolved a little, so this almost seems like a regression. I just hope that the disco and funk vibes are strong in the rest of the album to differentiate it from Mylo.
EDIT: I like Death and All His Friends! Tbh, I like every song on Viva and Mylo. Brian Eno definitely led them in the right direction.
The second half is godly.
Tove Lo is good. Beyonce and Blue Ivy are also on the album.
I saw this about a month ago. It's supposed to be on the album. It sounds very different from Adventure of a Lifetime, so who knows how the album as a whole will sound like. Am excited nonetheless.

Still: the cumulative effect is sometimes as treacly as the heavily frosted sheet cake being slid onto the buffet table in the carpeted banquet hall where this song will be blasting, on a loop, for all of eternity. Even your most adorable aunt—the one who loves a Yankee Candle—will eventually drain her flute of sparkling wine, lean forward, and be like, "Dog, this **** is corny."
Taken as a whole document, it is truly staggering how many of these songs—all of them, as far as I can tell—address the foibles of romantic love. It’s not so much that Adele’s lyrics are platitudinous (although they often are), it’s that the album’s prevailing sentiment eventually becomes wearying.

Wow this is try-hard. Remind me again, why do people pay P4k any mind?
Does Rihanna or her team really think enough people care about her upcoming album to make these commercials or whatever they are to create hype, cause...

Literally. I don't even like Adele, but I feel the need to listen to 25 because it's such a big deal. Her and her label are bitches for not streaming it. Other than that, can't wait for Coldplay. I don't really think Rihfund is on anyone's radar.
