The album WILL be on Tidal on 27/11, i think everyone knows that for sure.
The real question is will it be only on Tidal? I think not, because at this point there's too much retailers promising (and even putting up pre-orders) for the 27.

Now a Tidal exclusive is still very possible but only earlier than 27.

Tomorrow they will announce that Tidal was sold to Samsung and Samsung users will be able to use Tidal on their phones for free. Good strategy for both Samsung and Tidal.
