I thought the 8 rooms thing was like a video diary of the making of ANTi and her journey last year. For example: The Tattoo Parlor: The video Rih getting her 1988 tattoo with a new snippet playing in the background maybe. The Gallery: Obvi about the ANTi gallery and so on.
Hi navy! Just want to share my thoughts. But before that, I would like to re-introduce myself in case some of you does not know me. I am one of the flawless 2011 navies. I used to post here in the base often before during the hiatus in 2013. The drought and the teasing have grown tired on me as early as 2014 and I rarely post here anymore but I do check your posts once in a while.
Now onto my post, I was actually under the assumption that Rihanna's just going to drop the album anytime. I was "I don't care how she do it, just do it!" mentality. The caveat is that I still think about her marketing abilties and as far as I can see, we may see a mess unfolding within the next few days. Which I don't really want to happen. It's just that this Anti album has been a mess for a while now and we do not even have any confirmation if it's done or not. Rihanna hasn't really been responding to fans at all (music-wise at least).
What I would want to see with this diary thing:
* That her team has crafter a well thought campaign for this album before its imminent release. That this Samsung thing, Tidal thig would not affect her relationship with Apple and Billboard.
* That she will have press conference lined up already + appearances promoting her stuffs
* That if we never get this album on the 27th, at least give me Higher.
That's all. I wish all the best for her. Puma, Stance, Perfume have been a good venture for her. Tidal not so much. I just hope that Anti becomes a success for her (even if it flops in sales due to being overdelayed, I hope that she's happy with the album she worked hard for years - if she's content with it, I don't care about its commercial performance).
