Nicki is a big fan. I think they know that Britney wont leave Vegas anytime soon so they will wait until they can be in Vegas. Rihanna is a hit or miss for Britney. She is like a casual fan to me. Kesha is a fan for sure but not tha big.

I highly doubt that, Lana does not come across as pretentious at all.
Lana is still a huge Britney fan even to this day.
