She wrote a couple of songs on MOTS.
Wrote a little less on AGLM.
Chose and selected the songs she wanted on GGGB as well as went ahead with the "edgy" new look.
Now it seems with RR, that she is not only making the final decisions when it comes to choosing what songs she wants but she is co-writing. She's realling in charge of her career and her image.

I agree and disagree with what you're saying. She does write a good deal of her material, but what gets released is for the most part not in her decision. None of the singles released on GGGB were written by her...It's just like Def Jam told her this is a hit, i.e. Umbrella, and we don't care if you don't like it b/c we're releasing it. It may not be like, but that's what it looks like sometimes

DEATH. That doesn't mean he chose everything. Jay is the kind of person that would let Rih do what she wants. He knew she was coming into her own in that time period.
