She sounds amazing for someone with minimal vocal capability). This song is nice though; I didn't care for that "The Wait Is Ova" mess, so this is an improvement over what I was expecting.
It's obvious that this song is going to be a hit just on her name alone. She has that power now. After this I'm sure there will be some pop/dance smashes.
I was expecting a massive comeback, something that would be playing in every club. I really wish her first single was a catchy pop record.
This is a really good song, and is one the best ballads from Rihanna yet. I'm really glad it is a single, but maybe it would be better if this was the 2nd single :-/

she diffenately improved somewhat in her ballads but this song needs a strong voice...i see her reaching for it but it doesn't get there...maybe she can do it live
