It depends on when Rihanna releases to the digital world...if it's a week after GaGa or even when her album comes out in November then they'll both get a shot at at least the top 3, hopefully #1 for both though.

Uh, I think we all know that any artist is capable of under delivering, regardless of whether it's Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, or even Rihanna. I didn't say that it's going to take a lot of effort to top Bad Romance did I? Rihanna's single will probably be as epic as BR, so I was just expressing my hope that Rihanna will meet expectations.
And, anyways, you can't argue with Lady GaGa's voice. It's incredible, definitely on par with Rihanna's.
