Iggy served the attitude, a nice verse, and the only well-produced part of the song. Brit's parts were disastrous. What a decline from her vocal delivery in 3/Womanizer.

"Powerhouse vocalist" is just a singer who does vocal acrobatics, and Barbra is basically known for her vocal acrobatics. She's definitely considered a powerhouse.
