That's probably a promo video for her album of her saying "the wait is ova" IDK & the scenes for the video for her 1st single was shot in some top secret location & as far as the rapper well all know it's between Jay,Kanye,Drake Or lil wayne but I'm praying it's not lil wayne I don't really like him like that
