Rubio and Cruz got a spike from their debate performance, but this is correct: the ever-resilient Jeb is again polling at one percent under them.
Honestly, he very well could still be the nominee; the Paris attacks might lend themself to his poll numbers if people end up resonating with his detailed plans for intervention against ISIL.
Bush v. Clinton round 2 is still very much a possibility, and I'm thinking the result will be the same this time around - maybe even more in Hill's favor.
