soooo i don't know how many of you keep up with Popjustice but there's a pretty reliable insider over there who has apparently talked to Larry and he said that she's aware of the lukewarm reception around BJ & Pretty Girls and that it's made her competitive again. most of the B9 material has been scrapped (that were mostly apparently BJ rejects) and she's been meeting with writing/production teams for brainstorming ideas and that she probably hasn't recorded as much as any of us think she has.
of course all of this could 100% be BS but from what I remember he heard Pretty Girls before release & was one of the people that was giving info about it. i think we generally assumed all this info tho tbh.

i think we all can agree that she needs to drop a Christmas single, it will get sales every year and it might become a smash hit tbh. My Only Wish This Year has impressive streams even though it has never been performed or even mentioned by her.
