She also in one of the performances of Cil on the Carter show hit the F like in the studio original
Of course she still can. Anything she could do vocally, she can do now even better. Her vocals have only improved over the years unlike some of her peers and vocalists from previous generations. I don't see Bey starting to losing her voice until her late 50's. She's very preservative with her vocals, hence why she alternates between singing live and singing with prerecorded vocals. The only reason it's so much harder to tell when Bey is lip syncing then when most other singers are is because her prerecords are barely touched, if not completely untouched. Many others' prerecords are edited and/or auto-tuned. Which is pretty sad if you ask me.

I went primarily for that song. I dint watch previous videos of the tour so I could get to experience the show without knowing anything.
No you are not. I was upset that she didn't. With that long-ass setlist and her and Jay both being there performing almost every other one of their collabs. Smh.

Something I've always wondered is if she records her pre-recorded vocals in rehearsal or in a studio. They just sound so fresh and live that it feels like she couldn't possibly be sitting in a booth.

Could you post an example of a pre-recorded? I know she does it but I can't think of an example to source.

DIL at the Grammys perhaps?
I can't ever tell a difference myself which is kinda what I meant. Obviously DrIL at the Grammys because we all watched in horror as she messed up, but sometimes the Hive will say she's lipping during LOT or other songs and I have a hard time telling the difference. That's what makes me wonder how she records them.
