Circus (the album) didn't really have impressive peaks globally. It did okay.

I'm talking about from where they fell to how far they came back.
If that were the case then Mariah had a 32M selling album at her peak.

Once Bieber completes his tour and tops himself (pauz) and does around 300M it will trump Britney topping her previous tours with $150M, Mariah's tour still didn't do much just like all her tours.

But Mariah had the biggest song of the decade, a 14 week #1 and a 10M album WW seller.

So album wise and song wise, he can comeback stronger than Mariah's charmbracelet failure.

Tour wise he can comeback and notch his biggest tour gross of his career much like Britney did with Circus

I understand you no longer use Britney and you do use Bieber but let Britney have it until Bieber ousts ha by the end of his era.

Already having Adele take her 3rd best accolade and now Bieber gearing up to be the biggest comeback in music history by the end of 2016.
