How would 2013 be Beyoncé when she only had December and maybe if you want to count February due to the Superbowl? If anything, Beyoncé's year would fall in 2014, not 2013.
It's definitely more P!nk vs. Katy that year. ATRL doesn't like to give P!nk her props, but if you consider 2013 AS A WHOLE, it was clearly her year. She was "powerful," forget ATRL's definition of the word or anecdotal examples. The stats don't lie.
The hype following Bey was huge in 2013. Super Bowl, H&M, Pepsi and then the huge game changing surprise release. I remember seeing her literally everywhere in 2013.
Was watching a couple videos on YouTube and completely forgot "Can't Remember To
Forget You" ever existed until it appeared on the side column with other suggested videos.
Did ATRL agree that "Can't Remember To Forget You" is a better song and video than "Beautiful Liar" or no?
...Vin
No. Beautiful Liar is one of Beyaki's good songs. The other being Telephone.

2003 was definitely Legend X's year. That Beautiful/Fighter/CHUD/TVW punch was too much
I can't believe I'll do this, but Xtina had way more hits and sold way more albums than Beyoncé in 2003 and she got a lot of attention because of her ***** outfits, make up and her vendetta against Britney and Madonna for her failed kiss.
2013 was Miley's year, hands down. Iconic drastic image change and comeback in pop music.
Bey's only memorable moments from that year were the Superbowl and the album release at the very end. She was mum everything inbetween.
Runner-up to Miley is probably Lorde or Katy. I would go with Lorde since she debuted really strong. Miley, Lorde, and Katy are the Top 3 for that year.
Maaaaneater, make you work hard
Make you spend hard

She's a maneater
Make you buy cars, make you cut cards
Make you fall, real hard in love
