The west is deluded in its ability to distinguish legitimate targets from civilian ones. Only recently America bombed a known hospital with UN protections. Innocent people will have died in these attacks. Are innocent lives reasonable collateral damage? I don't think so. France needs to decide if this is really how they want to respond to these attacks. Endless cycle of death where innocent people take the fall.

I'd also like to point out that innocent Syrians are much bigger victims of ISIS than we are, they are the ones suffering the most. The majority of people killed by ISIS have muslims Syrians and Iraqis.

The people in Syria are really screwed. They fear the ISIS because they kill civilians all the time, they fear the French now (and before also), and they have no place to go because nobody wants them. They are basically left there to rot.
