The entire world (including Russia and China) needs to take the fight to ISIS and end this once and for all. It's a better option than just sitting around doing nothing. In that same respect, I'm not calling for bombing the hell out of the surrounding countries into innocent settlements either. But it's an active threat and containment, as HRC said yesterday, does not work with them.
