I'm not talking about ATRL, I'm talking about how the media and public had (and still have) a field day with ARTPOP's underperformance.

Relevance is not restricted to charts positions and sales figures. Godga doesn't 100% rely on charts and singles to maintain relevancy. That's why when ARTPOP tanked, she still held on. Look at what happened to someone like Rhenna when the quick lil' smash singles stopped.
