It's a coronation, but that's rightfully so at this point. She's proven she can defeat the underdog challenger she couldn't beat in 2008 by keeping strong numbers over Bernie; she's going through yet another scandal that will ultimately not phase her much, especially if an aide or tech is held responsible for any security violations; she's got unprecedented support from the party and from he GP (her pre-run poll numbers were the highest in history iirc; and she's managed to do an amazing job with the campaign.
Hillary is running in large part on inevitability, but it's not unwarranted. She's made to be President.
