They set the bar really high with 'Room 33' this season so they can not just destroy the second half of it

Hoping that there won't be any new plotlines besides Emma's character in the finale. They need to focus on:
- The Countess her vampire shenanigans and marriage with Will
- John and The 10CK
- John, Alex and their family issues
- Ramona, Donovan, Iris and Liz and their revenge
- everything about Mr. March
- Sally and the Addiction Demon
- vampire kids and the virus mutation.

That is already too much for remained 7 episodes and they are also adding those Hotel zombies that are going to be digged up in the next episode. Maybe they will manage to end all of those plots by the finale

I find this season to be all over the place and as of now, its going absolutely NOWHERE. I can't believe how much the quality and the writing of this show has gone downhill since the iconic Asylum.

This season has provided us with some of the worst writing of the show so far. You can drag me all you want for this, but it doesn't take away from the fact that this season is mediocre at best.


First of all. What's with all the god damn SEX? This is honestly turned into a soft **** movie. It's gotten to a point where its RIDICULOUS and so pointless and random. I feel like there's a pointless sex scene every other 5 minutes.
Sex and horror go hand in hand, that's a given, and any true horror fan knows that. But the sex should NEVER eclipse the horror aspect of the show Which is what's happening with Hotel. Its been only 6 episodes and we got like, what? 30 frickin sex scenes? ENOUGH. You are not edgy or groundbreaking by having random people having sex constantly. Nor are you being horror if you add 2 gallons of blood in each sex scene. Ryan has failed MISERABLY in this aspect.
Sex has always been a huge part of this show. Whether its rape, orgies, Minotaur rape, orgies, Bloodyface rape. But they ALWAYS were done in a way that kind of made sense. They gave you that horror feeling. They made you feel uncomfortable, and not just because you were watching a sex scene.

We've seen The Countess have sex with Tristan, Ramona, Will, Will and Tristan, Will Tristan and The Countess, The Countess and Matt Bomer's character(dont even remember his name), The blond girls with that Asian, The blond girls and John, John and Alex, the drilldo monster, John and Sally, Sally and the New Girl guy. And these are just those that i can recall.

AND ITS ONLY BEEN LIKE 6 ****ING EPISODES.

So, we've basically seen The Countess **** her way through the 1970s till today and some other randoms. By adding a few GALLONS of blood in there, does NOT make it horror. All these sex scenes are so pointless and are taking away from the horror aspect of the show, as well as the story progression.

I truly think the reason for all these is Gaga herself. Ryan is fan boying over her and its ruining the show.

Now lets talk about the writing. This season is so over the place, i just CANT keep up with what's happening. random scene, random conversations, random random random. Nothing that keeps the story going.
How can Alex just come in the Hotel, snatch Holden and then take him back home? and then she took him back to the hotel, and The Countess turned her into a vampire? All in frickin episode. How unrealistic is that?
Then, all the **** that's happening with John. Who has one ****ed up story line after another, and again. NOTHING is making any sense. Yes, he is probably the 10 CK. All his scenes are so pointless though.

There is NO clear plot line. NOTHING is making any sense. The story is HORRIBLE. I feel like Ryan is just writing for shock factor and for messy little monsters to scream YAAAS Gaga.

The most interesting parts of this season, Sally and Mr March get SOO little screen time, its criminal. Ryan has all these talented as **** actors and actresses and he is doing them SOOO wrong. Sally has done literally NOTHING so far, other than **** a few people, kill Iris and **** like that. What's with her? Why is she important to the story? Why is ANYONE important to the story?

Even Freakshow had more consistent writing. And i still don't get Liz's role in all these. Denis is doing one HELL of a job with this role, but i still don't understand the significance of Liz. And how she accepted to be a part in all these. She just wanted to be a trans r whatever. So he accepted to stay in the Hotel, and kill and feed The Countess just like that? REALLY?

Another thing that's bugging me is the whole 10CK ****. Why have we never seen him in action? He is this season's mystery killer. But we've only heard of him, and saw the aftermath of his killings. Why aren't we seeing him in action? We saw Rubber Man killing, we saw Bloodyface killing, we saw Dandy killing, we even saw The Axe Man in action. Why should we feel afraid of this 10 CK when we haven't seen him ONCE so far?

And now, to the worst thing that has happened to this show. Non other than Lady Gaga. YES. I said it I don;t care if you Little Monsters drag me.

And it's such a shame. With probably the most talented cast a show has ever seen, you just CAN'T treat them this way.


I must give credit to where credit's due. Lily Rabe's performance was MESMERIZING. She completely took my breath away. Definitely this season's best moment, and she only appeared for like, 15-20 minutes in one episode.
Ryan needs to get his **** together and sign her as a main cast for next season. She is just too good.
I would also love to see some of the original return. Connie, Alex, Dylan, Frances hell, even Taissa. And of course, Jessica.

I know i might have said that the show could use a break from jessica. But i was sooo wrong. Jessica IS the show. It just doesn't feel like AHS without her. But i seriously can't picture her being in this season.


Asylum will forever remain the most ICONIC and BRILLIANT of all. It will be considered a horror classic in the near future. Everything about it was EXCELLENT. From the story, the acting, the characters, the consistency. A true masterpiece.

The most interesting parts of this season, Sally and Mr March get SOO little screen time, its criminal. Ryan has all these talented as **** actors and actresses and he is doing them SOOO wrong. Sally has done literally NOTHING so far, other than **** a few people, kill Iris and **** like that. What's with her? Why is she important to the story? Why is ANYONE important to the story?

Even Freakshow had more consistent writing. And i still don't get Liz's role in all these. Denis is doing one HELL of a job with this role, but i still don't understand the significance of Liz. And how she accepted to be a part in all these. She just wanted to be a trans r whatever. So he accepted to stay in the Hotel, and kill and feed The Countess just like that? REALLY?

Another thing that's bugging me is the whole 10CK ****. Why have we never seen him in action? He is this season's mystery killer. But we've only heard of him, and saw the aftermath of his killings. Why aren't we seeing him in action? We saw Rubber Man killing, we saw Bloodyface killing, we saw Dandy killing, we even saw The Axe Man in action. Why should we feel afraid of this 10 CK when we haven't seen him ONCE so far?

And now, to the worst thing that has happened to this show. Non other than Lady Gaga. YES. I said it I don;t care if you Little Monsters drag me.
You can check my comments before the season started, where i said that i thought Lady Gaga will potentially be AMAZING in this, as she fits in with the whole AHS craze. Boy, was i proven wrong.

First of all, her acting is BAD. Its not mediocre, it's not okay. It's BAD. She's so bland and one-dimensional as an actress. She shows NO emotion whatsoever, no charisma, no talent. I swear i CRINGE whenever she appears on screen. I can't at how she always delivers each line the EXACT same way, with the EXACT same tone. And here i am, reading comments in this thread and Gaga fans were like 'YAAAS Gaga CRIIEED, QUEEN OF ACTINGGGGG, GIVE HER THEM EEEMYYYY, THE TONYYYYY''

And also, let's not at the fact that The Countess is basically a vamped up version of Lady Gaga. Ryan obviously wrote the part with Gaga in mind. We've seen her wear this long and stylish gowns, attend fashion shows, events, ****ing her way from 1970s till today. So this is who The Countess is? This is who we should be afraid of?
Why the hell is everyone afraid of her when she hasn't shown ONE thing to be afraid of? She can kill you with her little blade glove? Just STAB the bitch. Or poison her.
Everyone keeps saying how afraid of her they are. I honestly don't see ANYTHING frightening about her. And the scene were she kills Tristan is SOOO BAD. You have Denis, giving the performance of his life, and Gaga ruining the moment.
Why don't they just poison her? Or even better, send the Drilldo demon on her fat ass? She CAN die. Why don't they kill her then?

Look, i have NOTHING against Gaga. She is a great artist when it comes to music. But she is a BAD actress. The END.

As a HUGE fan of this show, and as a HUGE fan of Horror, I'm so disappointed in this season. It seemed to have all the right material to be GREAT. It seemed dark, scary. But it's the opposite. The horror aesthetic of this show is completely GONE.

And it's such a shame. With probably the most talented cast a show has ever seen, you just CAN'T treat them this way.


I must give credit to where credit's due. Lily Rabe's performance was MESMERIZING. She completely took my breath away. Definitely this season's best moment, and she only appeared for like, 15-20 minutes in one episode.
Ryan needs to get his **** together and sign her as a main cast for next season. She is just too good.
I would also love to see some of the original return. Connie, Alex, Dylan, Frances hell, even Taissa. And of course, Jessica.

I know i might have said that the show could use a break from jessica. But i was sooo wrong. Jessica IS the show. It just doesn't feel like AHS without her. But i seriously can't picture her being in this season.


Asylum will forever remain the most ICONIC and BRILLIANT of all. It will be considered a horror classic in the near future. Everything about it was EXCELLENT. From the story, the acting, the characters, the consistency. A true masterpiece.

People crying about lack of consistency when that's all ahs ever been. Lazy Writing. sure it has some stellar episodes once or twice in a season but overall all seasons lack a clear concise plot. Every season has plot threads still open by the finale. Its an anthology there is only so much you can do in 13 episodes. Like I watch it cause it's really entertaining and there is always the hope Ryan will do something amazing
