Nah they probably did come up with the designs for the new zygarde stuff later. I'm thinking during late ORAS development.( Besides that 10% isn't an actual dog so it gets a pass

I don't know. I'm not sure which types are good and bad in inverse battle (except that Steel is absolute trash n)
Well 10% and 50% should still be able to use it like the anime has shown.
