I didn't say they were non-issues, I was trying to say that the generalizations help no one.
I also didn't call them fugly in place of a "you're ugly, you shouldn't be seen not heard" but more as a fact, because...look at him. But go ahead, make assumptions.

They absolutely do, and I think it's a "femininity is weaker" viewpoint and that goes hand-in-hand with the "no fems" thing, generally. Which, as I said, is not every gay. So for this "writer" to sit there and act like it's the entire community when a lot of us are feminists ourselves is just tacky and rude and says more about him than anything.
