It's first and third person, think of it as a more modern version of skyrim with more dialog options that is fully voiced.

The game is a tongue and cheek take on the 50s and you head into the vault before a nuclear fallout.

You look for items and will have run ins with other human characters who'll try to kill you.

A major tip for anyone new to this series:

Always salvage whatever you find. The most practical and the most valuable. Bobby pins for example helps you unlock safes and doors. Anything valuable that you can sell, grab it. What benefits you, keep it (like weapons until you can upgrade for something better) or an outfit that boosts one of your stats.

Constantly exploring also helps you level up and gain more perks that helps you out of anything.

Omg the ghouls

They are creepy as **** when there's a bunch of them. They will run after you, climb walls and jump outta windows.

The ai is so smart in this game. Like they surrounded me and had a smart attack.

I had my first run in with one. Lucky I had Dogmeat with me because I didn't have enough ammo.

Also they look so much better in this game than they did in F3.

Yeah, just don't max out on Strength as Nathan's Nicely said though. There's a perk at Level 10 that makes that unnecessary.

Yeah theres ghouls all over Lexington.

Some of them even play dead.

Oh my god, those gouls are scary af!

They play dead until you get near them and jump up.... NOT COOL.

Just managed to get rid of those raiders in that factory place.

I'm glad I got those pipe automatic pistol. It's so much more effective in gunning down a Ghoul. But the recoil is so bad though.

Taking breaks between sessions of Fallout. I'm so overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things I could do and go with.

I noticed that he tends to run ahead of you wherever your character is heading towards.
